Music Service Questions

No. CD jewel cases are heavy to ship and notoriously fragile. Because your CD collection is important to you and to us, Go Digital provides you with specially designed spindle cases for safe and cost-effective shipment.

What audio file formats does Go Digital offer with our CD service?
Go Digital offers the 3 levels of service, roughly correspond to good, better, and best. Our basic service uses MP3 192 format while our Premium service uses MP3 320, which is the highest level of fidelity with MP3 encoding. Finally, our Hi Fidelity service uses lossless formats: normally FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) and ALAC (Apple Lossless Audio Codec). If you have a specific request, please contact or call us at 086-669-7514
Go Digital can usually accommodate conversion to other formats and bitrates for custom orders. Please contact or call us at 086-669-7514 to discuss your specifications.

What is the unique identifying mark written to each CD track converted?
